Harriet Kendal-Greene

Harriet is a marketer, audience researcher and brand design manager.  She has worked on all JANVS | VIDAR projects over the past twelve years.  A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, Harriet has 25 years experience of marketing, communications and consumer research in the commercial (UK) and heritage tourism (UK and Ireland) sectors. 

Harriet has worked with Simon and his team in the roles of design project manager, researcher, copywriter, content developer, rights clearance manager and audience development manager on almost all projects since joining the company in 2006.  Harriet is the team leader for our creative team of freelance illustrators, photographers, copywriters and storyline writers.  Harriet’s notable projects include St George’s Hall (for European Capital of Culture, Liverpool, 2008), Ironbridge Gorge World Heritage Site (Coalbrookdale, 2008), Rugby Football Museum (2008), London Transport Museum (Covent Garden, 2009), National Trust Habitat Centre (2009-10), Michael Collins House (Clonakilty, 2013-2014), Kilmainham Gaol & Courthouse (Dublin, 2014-2016), Fortress Spike Island (Cork, 2014-2017) and Bunratty Castle & Folk Park (2015-2017). 

Before joining JANVS | VIDAR, Harriet managed multi-million pound advertising campaigns for AVIVA UK, commissioned large consumer research projects and worked for ten years in financial services product development. Working independently, Harriet has also developed and run stakeholder workshops for many heritage projects and has independently worked on post-project evaluations for Heritage Lottery Fund projects in UK.
